Shipping
Products are shipped from several different warehouses. Usually shipments are UPS Ground. We will provide tracking when available. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not provide an address acceptable for Ground Shipping. Some items can be shipped US Postal, these items are subject to additional shipping fees if you provide a PO Box address. Most items can only be shipped to the USA.
Most products are shipped within 1-2 days. Some products on high demand like as seen on tv products may take 4-6 weeks to ship.
Returns
After having paid product fees, customers are provided with products shipped directly to them or download link. Payment is non refundable after 1 day from purchase date, unless stated otherwise with the product offer. User can cancel shipment if their order is still in Pending state. If the order has gone to "Processing" we can not cancel the order, as it has already been processed to the warehouse. In the event that an order is cancelled after shipment, user pays shipping fees to ship item back plus 15 to 20% restocking fee, and refund is less original shipping fee. Customer must obtain an RMA from us before they return the item.
Credit
We will not issue credit to your credit card unless the item has been returned to us after we issue you a RMA#. Damaged goods also will have to be returned after we issue you a RMA#. Once item is recieved and inspected we will issue the credit.

Additionally, users agree to abide by any and all licensing rules or restrictions that have been created by the owners of the works contained within the MixedGoods.com website. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the Legal Agreement and Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy.
